Service Booking and Availability

We offer transportation services, and by using our app or website, you agree to request these services from us. You can make a booking through the internet or your mobile device.

Once you submit a booking request, we will decide whether to accept or decline it—this is completely at our discretion. If we accept your request, we'll send you a confirmation and notify you right away.

We'll do our best to provide the service you requested, depending on the availability of trucks and partners near your location at the time of your booking.

Insurance, User Responsibilities, and Prohibited Activities

We strongly recommend that you take proper transit insurance for the goods you are sending through our platform. This is to protect your interests in case of loss or damage. If you file an insurance claim, we'll support you by providing the necessary service documents. However, our responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft is limited, as per our service policy.

While using our services, you must not:

• Dirty, damage, or spoil the truck/tempo or its interior.
• Misuse or damage any equipment (technical or non-technical) in the vehicle.
• Ask the driver to break any traffic, RTO, city police, or government rules.
• Pressure the driver to pick up your goods if it's against the rules—the driver has full right to refuse.
• Overload the vehicle beyond its permitted capacity.
• Hide or fail to disclose what's actually in your shipment.

By booking with us, you confirm that:

• You've accurately declared the contents of your shipment.
• You've not hidden any information.
• Everything you stated about the shipment is true and correct.

If you give false or misleading information, you could face civil or criminal charges, including the possibility of your shipment being seized or sold.

If we choose to help you with any customs or legal paperwork, we do it only to assist you—and you accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

You also agree to:

• Indemnify and protect us from any claims or costs that result from the information you provided.
• Pay any admin fees if we need to provide extra support as described above.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property Rights

The name 'LoadUp' is a registered trademark of Quicktrans Logistics Pvt. Ltd. A trademark can be a name, logo, symbol, design, phrase, sound, scent, or color (or a mix of these) that shows who is offering a product or service. A service mark does the same for services.

You must not use the LoadUp trademark in connection with any product or service that is not offered by us. You also must not use it in any way that could confuse customers or that might damage the image or reputation of LoadUp.

Names or brands of other companies mentioned on our website may also be trademarks of their respective owners. LoadUp (Quicktrans Logistics Pvt. Ltd.) has not given permission to anyone else to use its trademarks.

Any unauthorized copying, changing, or using of our trademark or related materials is strictly prohibited.

We own or legally control all rights to our website and its content. This includes, but is not limited to, the website's layout, design, text, images, graphics, audio, and video.

All of this content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The ownership rights of the content always stay with the Company, its partners, or its licensed providers.

By simply visiting or using our website, you do not gain any rights or license to use our content—except as needed to access our services.
